Becoming a member of the San
Antonio Wave is a simple process.
Step
1. Call the WAVE office at
(210)494-9283 to schedule a swim evaluation at any of our
pools. The evaluation will consist of swimming one lap of the
pool with each stroke the swimmer is capable of completing. The
coach will not be looking at the speed of the swimmer, but rather
the technique ability for proper group placement.
Step 2. Print
and complete the
2010-2011 Wave Membership
Application,
Swimmer Medical
Form
and
USA
Swimming Athlete Registration
application.
Step 3. Make
a copy of the swimmer’s birth certificate, and submit along
with the paperwork. The birth certificate copy will be sent
to South Texas Swimming, our Local Swim Committee (LSC). This
copy will not be returned to you, but rather destroyed after
registration is properly verified by South Texas
Swimming.

4. Submit completed forms (Steps 2 & 3)
and required fees to:

*Family
discounts are available for families with more than two
swimmers. The two family members with the highest dues rate
